Thank you for providing this service. My dryer gave out on me after I did a load of wash. It was late in the evening so I didn’t feel comfortable going to a laundromat. I did a quick search and you had a time still available to pick up my stuff and have it delivered the very next day! You did me a solid and waited until it was dry to weigh for pricing which is great customer service! My laundry spelled fresh and was folded beautifully! Great service when you’re in a bind!

They did an amazing job! Our washer broke at home and I work full time so I don’t really have the time to go to any laundromat. I did some research and found Tama Laundry online so I gave it a try and It was worth it! Free pick up today and delivery the next day. Thank you Tama Laundry for your help! Until next time!

Truly fantastic service - everything worked seamlessly and clothes came back nicely folded in 24 hours. Highly recommend! Do note: they charge by pound but there is a high minimum so for a small load it can be pricey - but still much cheaper than the hotel service.

We were here for a couples weeks and the hotel didn’t have laundry service. We desperately needed some laundry done and I called Tama laundry. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick service, same day pick up and next day delivery and all the options I could choose from in regards to detergent, softener and dryer sheets. Brian and his team were very responsive and communicated very well! My clothes were delivered right on time. I am so grateful for this service helping us out while we are working and enjoying the island! Totally worth the price, which is very competitive. I love sharing the love and supporting small local business! We would absolutely use Tama again! I l would highly recommend! Mahalo!

Tama Laundry saved the day!! We went to a laundromat only to be yelled at by the owner just for showing up. After that ordeal I needed to find a laundry service, and I found Tama. They were prompt, fair and communicative. Their service was perfect with a 24-hour turnaround. I highly recommend Tama Laundry.

I went looking for a laundry service at the suggestion of my aunty. I found Tama Laundry on the Google and am so grateful. I was so in the weeds with my laundry. I got injured and during recovery it has been a challenge to to I'm laundry. I let it build up to what I consider to be a ridiculous state and it was just... overwhelming. Tama Laundry provided excellent service at a reasonable price, all things considered. I just got my laundry back. It has been nearly folded and organized in four large bags. Very impressive. I'm sure the cleanliness is up to par. If not, I'll come back and update. Great company. So pleased I found them.

What a great service! Easy online ordering, seamless pickup at my hotel bell desk, frequent communication, and on-time delivery the next day! Everything was clean, fresh, and nearly folded. The Tama team also kept me up to date via text and made sure all questions were answered. Why overpack when you can have your laundry done and delivered at a very reasonable price? Highly recommend for anyone visiting Waikiki!

I needed king and full size comforters laundered on short notice. Brian was super accommodating. He picked up my order up at 4:30 and had them back to me by 2:45 the next day - earlier than promised. I’m in town, so likely I was able to piggy-back on someone else’s order. Still, I would highly recommend based on communication, service, and ability to handle orders on short notice. Payment was easy via Apple Pay. Website is super easy to schedule a pick up.

We were in the middle of a remodel with no laundry and Tama Laundry monthly service was a godsend. Pick up and drop off to our doorstep. Laundry beautifully folded. Great service!

I’m on vacation for over two weeks and staying at the Wayfinder hotel. The hotel recommended Tama laundry since they do not have in-house laundry service here. I have very sensitive skin and allergies so I can only use hypoallergenic detergent that’s unscented. I reached out to Tama to see if they offer hypoallergenic wash and fold service and they informed me that they certainly did. They also do pick up and drop offs within 24 hours. I spoke with Brian originally and he assured me that they can accommodate my sensitivities. Upon receiving my laundry back, I noticed that my laundry was scented heavily. I am very sensitive so this irritated my skin. I called Brian back and informed him of the situation and he apologized and offered to come pick up my laundry and have it redone as per my original request. I appreciated his effort to make things right. He also rushed this order for me and had my laundry picked up in the morning and delivered back by early evening. What was at first a disappointing experience turned into a great appreciation for them taking an initiative quickly to make it right. I have fresh laundry that’s unscented and not irritating to my skin now. And grateful for it. Thank you Brian for your excellent customer service.
